1. Scope and commitment
This Privacy Policy explains how Voymira handles information when you browse the website, use tools, create an optional account, contact us, or interact with advertising and analytics services that may be enabled on the site. We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
2. Information we may process
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
- Account information you choose to provide, such as name and email address. Passwords are protected through the site authentication system and are not stored as readable plain text.
- Contact form information, including your name, email, selected topic and message.
- Cookie, consent, analytics and advertising information when those services are enabled.
3. Files used with tools
File processing is specific to the tool being used. When a tool handles a file, the file is used for the action requested by the user, and the relevant processing information applies to that tool. Website, account, contact, cookie and advertising data are covered separately by this policy. Voymira does not present one processing method as if it applies to every tool.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to deliver requested features, maintain account access, respond to messages, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, understand aggregate usage, improve usability, comply with legal obligations, and support advertising where enabled.
5. Advertising, Google and other providers
Voymira may use Google AdSense, Ezoic or other advertising providers. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites where permitted. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to sites on the Internet. Users can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Other advertising vendors may provide their own opt-out choices.
6. Cookies and consent
Cookies and local storage may be used for essential site functions, language preferences, authentication, analytics and advertising. Where consent is legally required, advertising and analytics technologies should be controlled through the applicable consent mechanism. For Google advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, publishers may be required to use a Google-certified consent management platform. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
7. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to host, secure, analyze, deliver email, process account functions or serve advertising. Voymira does not sell personal information as a standalone product. Providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Retention and security
We aim to keep information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or legitimate operational needs. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of certain personal data. You can also manage browser cookies, advertising preferences and consent choices. Use Contact Us for privacy requests. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
10. California and other regional privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete or correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Voymira does not sell personal information for money. Where advertising cookies are treated as a "sale" or "share" under applicable law, you can opt out using Google Ads Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance tool linked above, or by contacting us directly. Residents of other regions with similar privacy laws (for example the UK, the EEA or other US states) may have comparable rights described in this policy.
11. Children, external links and changes
Voymira is a general-purpose utility service and is not directed specifically to children under 13. External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated as Voymira adds tools, providers or legal requirements; the updated date at the top will be changed when material revisions are made.
12. Contact
